Sunday School

Children appreciate learning as they discover. Our Sunday School starts at 9:45 before our 10am service.

Every 4th Sunday beginning in October will be our "Young at Heart Sunday', a Sunday when the youth of our parish will perform many of the major functions of the service (readings, offertory etc.).  Every 7th Sunday will be "Movie Sunday"  when our children can take a break from the curriculum and learn from short movie about Jesus on the big screen located in the Asher-Stoddard Hall.  Those dates will be sent on to all of you.  Sunday School is scheduled to begin on October 3rd, in celebration of the Feast of St. Francis of Assisi  and the blessing of the animals.  The Blessing of the animals will take place after Coffee hour allowing time for those wishing to retrieve their pets.

Presently there are three classrooms; the room previously used for Godly play is a primary aged class and  will be staffed by Kathy Gosselin and Andrea Hule.  There are two classrooms downstairs and are equipped with new furniture. One classroom will be elementary class and staffed by Ann O'Neil and Shirley Devoire.  Across the hall will be the intermediate classroom staffed by Barbara Donahue.
